Our School's Philosophy...

To provide a safe and joyful environment that promotes the importance of strength, fitness, health and wellbeing to members and aspiring performers of all ages. A place where the impossible becomes possible and inspires creativity.
All our classes are structured and levelled to promote effective and safe learning for all. We generally have a casual mid year showcase and an end of year concert, both of which are optional.
